Ohio Revised Code 3333.048 requires the Chancellor of Higher Education and the Superintendent of Public Instruction to establish and publish metrics for institutions of higher education that prepare educators and other school personnel.

Endorsements and Additional Licensure Programs

ÃÛÌÒÊÓÆµ State also offers endorsements [add link] and additional licensure programs in several areas (Middle Childhood Education, Special Education, and Health Education). These programs have been determined by the Ohio Department of Higher Education to be out-of-scope for CAEP accreditation purposes. These programs are reviewed and approved by the Ohio Department of Higher Education.
