Kenneth Burhanna, ������Ƶ’s 2015-2016 Provost’s Fellow and assistant dean of engagement and outreach for University Libraries, is one of the 17 top managers of academic research libraries selected for UCLA’s 2016 Senior Fellows Program. Under the Affordable Care Act (ACA), ������Ƶ full-time employees will receive an additional tax form. The new tax form, called the 1095-C tax form, contains important information about medical coverage offered to our employees and their dependents.  The purpose of this 1095-C tax form is to report employer-provided health insurance coverage, or "proof of coverage" to the IRS.
