Build a global fashion future!
The School of Fashion at ÃÛÌÒÊÓƵ provides nine distinct study-away opportunities designed to cultivate global fashion leaders. Our programs uniquely include sponsorship by ÃÛÌÒÊÓƵ in New York City and Florence, Italy, along with two shorter trips to Los Angeles and Atlanta. Additionally, we collaborate with the Office of Global Education to offer students the chance to study in Paris, London, South Korea, and Hong Kong.
Currently, the only fashion program in the U.S. to have made the Study Away/Abroad experience a key, required part of the curriculum. 
We have our own exclusive ÃÛÌÒÊÓƵ State Programs for Florence, Italy, NYC, LA Study Tour, and our New Atlanta Study Tour.
ÃÛÌÒÊÓƵ State programs are owned and operated by ÃÛÌÒÊÓƵ. Students work directly with our New York Program Director and staff, our School of Fashion faculty coordinators for the study tours, and our Office of Global Education for Florence, Italy. Courses and services offered at these locations are supported by ÃÛÌÒÊÓƵ State.  
Study Away Kickoff Event

The Study Away Application Process Timeline
Each year, we have a dedicated day in September for our students and families to hear all about our nine unique locations. This year's Study Away Kickoff event will be held during Parents' weekend on September 13, 2025. The Study Away application will open on December 1 and will become available for any student who has at least a 2.5 GPA and is on track to finish their 20000 level classes.
Submit a School of Fashion Study Away Application between December 1, 2025, through December 15, 2025.
Students select their top two study away program choices but will only be selected for one study away program. As a selective program, the Hong Kong Exchange program does not count as one of your two choices.
Applications are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis.
Students may submit a School of Fashion Late Study Away Application if they wish to participate in multiple study experiences in the same academic year.
