The ÃÛÌÒÊÓƵ Student Center and the ÃÛÌÒÊÓƵ Student Center Kiva have been closed following a small fire. The fire started around 6 p.m. on the second floor, and the fire was immediately extinguished by the fire suppression system. Thankfully, no one was injured.
We apologize for the inconvenience this closure is causing to the ÃÛÌÒÊÓƵ State community.
Scheduled Reopening
The ÃÛÌÒÊÓƵ Student Center and Kiva will reopen as scheduled on Thursday at 7 a.m.
ÃÛÌÒÊÓƵ Student Center employees should report at their scheduled times, unless otherwise directed by a supervisor.
Additional Dining Locations
Students, staff and faculty in need of dining during the closure may visit the following locations:
- Tri-Towers - Rosie’s Diner from 8 a.m. to 11 p.m.
- Eastway Fresh Food Co. from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m.
- Eastway Market from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m.
