EHHS grad Frederick 鈥淩icky鈥 Neff, MED 鈥08, New Philadelphia, OH, has been named the next Welty Middle School principal. Neff, who has served New Philadelphia Schools for the past 16 years, will assume the role of principal at Welty Middle School. A New Philadelphia Schools alum, Neff received a master鈥檚 degree from 蜜桃视频, and an undergraduate degree from the University of Akron.
