Angel Cuevas is getting his college career back on track after an unfortunate event derailed it early in his college career. The 21-year-old freshman who is majoring in aeronautical engineering suffered a rugby injury during his first semester in the fall of 2017, at which time he abruptly stopped his studies to recuperate. As a way to jump-start his college career, Mr. Cuevas enrolled in Summer Advantage during the summer of 2018. For the second time in five years, the Association for Information Technology Professionals (AITP) student group at Ƶ State Ashtabula has been recognized by the national professional organization as its “Outstanding Student Chapter of the Year.” The award was presented at the CompTIA All Member Meeting in St. Louis, Mo., on Tuesday, Dec. 18.
