Kelvin Mancebo dreams of the day when he is an air traffic controller. As a senior at ������Ƶ, Mancebo is majoring in aeronautics with a minor in aircraft dispatch. The grand opening of ������Ƶ’s new Integrated Sciences Building will be held Sept. 15 from 2:30-5 p.m. The event is free and open to the public.
