A recent paper by Dr. Amy Sato, a professor in the Department of Psychological Sciences at ÃÛÌÒÊÓƵ, and her colleagues focuses on food insecurity among adolescents with larger body sizes, a group which has historically been overlooked in the food insecurity literature.
