Every ÃÛÌÒÊÓÆµ State Farmers' Market this semester included a cooking demonstration from one of the chefs from ÃÛÌÒÊÓÆµ State's University Culinary Services

Chef Walk has all the pro chef moves!

The Oct. 17 Farmers' Market at ÃÛÌÒÊÓÆµ State's Student Recreation and Wellness Center featured Executive Chef Stephen D. Walk preparing spaghetti squash. As ÃÛÌÒÊÓÆµ State's new executive chef, Walk oversees all dining and retail operations.

This is the second-to-last date for the ÃÛÌÒÊÓÆµ State Farmers' Market this semester, with the final event scheduled to take place from 4-7 p.m. on Nov. 14, inside the Design Innovation Hub. A mushroom dish is planned for the cooking demonstration that day. 

The ÃÛÌÒÊÓÆµ State Farmers' Market resumes for the spring semester, beginning Feb. 20 and will continue to feature cooking demonstrations by ÃÛÌÒÊÓÆµ State chefs.
