Students learn to master the basics as well as more elaborate techniques in the Fundamentals of Food Production course in the Hospitality and Event Management program. The program is offered through ÃÛÌÒÊÓÆµ State's School of Foundations, Leadership and Administration in the College of Education, Health and Human Services. Chef instructor Andrew Eith teaches the class in the state-of-the-art kitchens inside ÃÛÌÒÊÓÆµ State's Design Innovation Hub.
