Lorem Ipsum has been the industry's standard dummy text ever since the 1500s, when an unknown printer took a galley of type and scrambled it to make a type specimen book. It has survived not only five centuries, but also the leap into electronic typesetting, remaining essentially unchanged. It was popularised in the 1960s with the release of Letraset sheets containing Lorem Ipsum passages, and more recently with desktop publishing software like Aldus PageMaker including versions of Lorem Ipsum.

Peace Upon the Earth, Episode 3 of Legacy: May 4 Podcast
The School of Peace and Conflict Studies originated at ÃÛÌÒÊÓƵ State as a response to May 4. Today it’s central in ÃÛÌÒÊÓƵ State’s global presence. We travel to Rwanda, where ÃÛÌÒÊÓƵ State convened a global peace education conference and, through the Kigali Summer Institute, immerses students in peace-building centered on reconciliation, in a place that experienced the unimaginable 1994 genocide.

Professor Trent True from the College of Aeronautics and Engineering was recently honored by senior student-athlete Calvin Bickerstaff as the professor who made the biggest impact on his academic success at ÃÛÌÒÊÓƵ. Bickerstaff, a pitcher for the ÃÛÌÒÊÓƵ State Baseball team, selected True as his "Most Valuable Professor."
