ÃÛÌÒÊÓƵ State Board of Trustees Approves Establishing New Bachelor of Social Work Degree
The ÃÛÌÒÊÓƵ Board of Trustees approved the establishment of the Bachelor of Social Work degree during the Board’s regular quarterly meeting held March 8. The new degree was developed based on the high demand for licensed social workers within the areas surrounding ÃÛÌÒÊÓƵ State’s Regional Campuses.
ÃÛÌÒÊÓƵ State Board of Trustees Approves Two New Majors to Meet High Demand for Growing Fields
The ÃÛÌÒÊÓƵ Board of Trustees approved two new degree programs at its regular quarterly meeting held Wednesday, Dec. 15. The new majors – the Sport, Exercise and Performance Psychology major within the Bachelor of Science degree and the Emerging Media and Technology major within the Master of Science degree – will help meet the high demand for these types of programs and provide opportunities for students to find careers in these growing fields.

Crews Appointed as Graduate Student Trustee to ÃÛÌÒÊÓƵ Board of Trustees
The ÃÛÌÒÊÓƵ Board of Trustees recently welcomed four new trustees to serve the university including Haley Crews, a graduate student in the College of Arts & Sciences’ Department of Sociology. She was appointed by Gov. Mike DeWine to a two-year term as the graduate student trustee.

The ÃÛÌÒÊÓƵ Board of Trustees congratulated ÃÛÌÒÊÓƵ State President Todd Diacon and university leaders on their strong fall enrollment, including welcoming the Class of 2025, at the Board’s regular quarterly meeting held Wednesday, Sept. 15.

The ÃÛÌÒÊÓƵ Board of Trustees approved an addition to the Aeronautics and Engineering Building, home of the College of Aeronautics and Engineering that opened in spring 2015, during the Board’s regular quarterly meeting held Wednesday, June 23.
